The space
This 1 bedroom rental is located on the BOTTOM level of a 3-story town home. (please see the exterior photos section for the picture showing where exactly you will be staying and where you will be entering). You have the entire bottom level to yourself and nothing is shared with the upstairs unit. Private entrance on the side (PLEASE SEE PHOTOS), private patio, grill, and private use of the hot tub.

PLEASE NOTE: As the townhouse retains its original charm, there is no soundproofing between floors, so you may be able to hear others above you during your stay. Beyond that, the place boasts some beautiful features and amenities:

THERE IS NO SMOKING ON THIS PROPERTY (Inside or Outside) and there is a monitor on property for any smoking. This is because it is in close proximity to other homes.

Guest access
This beautiful 1 bedroom apartment is located in the gated community of Innsbruck Resort.

PARKING: There is space for two (2) cars in the allotted parking spots in front of the walkway to the door to access the Cozy TownHaus via the SIDE door (please see exterior photos for which door you will enter).

VEHICLE PASS: Guests will need to complete a vehicle registration form to receive a parking pass. This form will be sent to you upon completion of reservation. This information must be submitted to the guardhouse before check-in.

ARRIVAL TIME: You must be checked in before 11:00 pm to obtain your pass.

ENTRANCE: There is a walkway to the door to access the Cozy TownHaus via the SIDE door (please see exterior photos for which door you will enter through).
Other things to note
GOLF @ Valhalla: While you stay, this property has a discounted access to the Valhalla Golf Club! You as our Guest are eligible to play Golf for the Guest rate of $35/player weekdays and $40/player weekends. Please let me know if you would like to take advantage of this discount!
